Ayurvedic view of ulcers, and why modern treatment comes first.
Ayurveda describes burning stomach pain and acidity under terms such as Amlapitta and Parinama shula, and relates them to aggravated Pitta and weak digestion (Agni). This is a traditional framework. It is used here for understanding and is not a proven treatment for ulcers.
Safety first
A peptic ulcer can bleed or perforate. Modern diagnosis and treatment, including testing for H. pylori and acid-reducing medicines, come first. Ayurvedic measures are, at most, a supportive addition under guidance from a qualified doctor.

Cautions
When to get help
Black stools, vomiting blood or severe pain need emergency care (112 or 102), not home remedies.
Remember
Ayurveda is an interpretive, adjunct approach with limited evidence. It does not replace testing and medicines for a peptic ulcer.
